Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
• Manage the bar team
• Train and supervise the bar staff
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar, including events held
• Maintain written recipes and accurate menu information
• Order, receive, and manage all bar stock/ products
• Conduct an inventory stock take at the end of the month
• Keep bar sales growing, meet sales targets, and implement sales promotions
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked bar
• Interact with guests and provide services that are above and beyond guest satisfaction
