Little Guest Operations Manager (Ref: IR/LGOM021)

Job Information
Location: Halkidiki, Greece (traveling to Resorts during operational season)
Contract: Full Time / permanent
Department: Little Guest Services

Your main responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders and client bookings, using in-house systems
  • Create inspiring classes and activity plans to be delivered in the kids’ clubs
  • Assist with recruitment of energetic professionals who are passionate, experienced and have value to add to the team
  • Develop training programs and train the childcare teams; assess and monitor standards
  • Ensure all childcare team members follow policies, procedures, and relevant health and safety regulations
  • Audit kids’ clubs to ensure standards are being met, compile monthly reports for the Little Guest Director
  • Liaise and cooperate with Hotel Managers, Sports & Recreation, Entertainment, and F&B departments to ensure the smooth running of department services and guest experience
  • Manage guest complaints in a compliant and professional manner

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Experience working with children and families
  • Degree/Diploma in childcare or relevant subject
  • Proven managing experience with strong organizational skills, preferably working within a luxury environment
  • Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated professional eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
  • Computer literate
  • Fluency in English
  • Good command of an extra language would be a plus (ideally French, German or Russian
