ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking an Office Coordinator.
Our client is a leader in paper trading industry.
📌 Location: Aspropyrgos, Attiki
📍 Working Model: On-site
🕓 Working Hours: 08:00-16:30 (including 30-minute lunch break)
🖋️You will be reporting to: Sales Director & General Manager
What you will do:
The purpose of the role is to facilitate smooth operations through meticulous coordination, timely communication, and strategic collaboration.
More specifically:
- Manage operations, foster logistics provider relations, and receive invoices/delivery info.
- Prepare order/delivery notes, follow up on schedules, and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate with Sales for smooth shipments and collaborate with HQ on imports/shipment arrivals.
- Coordinate arrival shipments, communicate with customs agents, and work on customs/import duties.
- Maintain detailed shipment records, review billing to prevent overbilling
- Assist CEO with office supplies, and monitor office expenditures/contracts.
What we are looking for (in that order):
- University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in office coordination roles.
- English - Excellent.
- Proficiency in Windows & Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Excellent.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly build relationships with clients.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail and record-keeping expertise.
- Masterful multitasking abilities.
