As a Client Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to:
- review client project briefs to understand their knowledge gaps and conduct high level industry and company research to identify the most relevant experts
- utilize company's database, LinkedIn, phone and email outreach to connect with experts
- critically screen experts for their suitability and relevance to address a client’s needs with an emphasis on quality
- engage in persuasive negotiations with experts to secure their participation and establish competitive commercial terms
