We’re looking for Accountants to join our internal team in our fast-growing company in Athens, Greece.
Responsibilities- Manage accounting and bookkeeping transactions
- Prepare financial and payments reports
- Publish financial statements on time
- Update our ERP system with debit and credit to customer accounts, and consolidate our books with bank statements on a daily basis
- Manage TaxisNet (uploadings of agreements, income declaration)
- Conduct VAT declaration, taxes payments
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable and keep up to date the company cash flow
- Conduct account reconciliation regularly on a monthly or quarterly basis
- Maintain digital archives of all accounting records
- Checking of supplier’s invoices and request payments
- Keeping of soft copy record of invoices and check for incoming unpaid invoices
- Checking the bank account of incomes and payments amounts
- Reconciliation of short term reservations, upload income to tax system
