Optimal, on behalf of its client, is seeking an energetic and ambitious Junior B2B Sales Executive. This role is ideal for someone who
has up to 3 years of experience, preferably within client services,
and is eager to build a strong career in B2B sales.
Our client is looking for a candidate who is:
- Outgoing, confident, and personable—comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport.
- Goal-driven and highly motivated, with a proven ability (or strong ambition) to hit sales targets.
- Resilient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting and follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with new
B2B clients.
- Manage and develop existing accounts to maximize
business opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client
requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Present and promote the company’s products/services
effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality
service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and
progress.
Requirements:
- Up to 3 years of professional experience,
ideally in client services, customer-facing roles, or entry-level
sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to
detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related
field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfort with CRM systems and general digital tools.
