Our 2026 hiring season is open and we are seeking a dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our exceptional wellness team, delivering world-class fitness experiences in our exclusive facilities.
Position: Fitness Instructor
Job Type: Full time, seasonal contract
Location: Corfu, Greece
The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for providing high-quality fitness services to hotel guests, contributing to their well-being and rejuvenation. This role is crucial to enhancing the guest experience and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement personalized fitness programs, taking into account the needs and goals of clients
- Conduct individual and group fitness classes, such as functional training, Pilates, Yoga, stretching, and more
- Supervise and guide clients in the use of gym equipment, ensuring their safety
- Maintain the gym clean and organized
- Promote the services of the Spa & Health Cub

What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Physical Education or recognized Fitness Instructor certification
- Excellent knowledge of physical fitness principles and exercise techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and encouraging environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering sessions of the highest standard
- A positive, professional, and calm demeanor in line with the luxurious nature of our resort
