EXCECUTIVE HOST

Inglobe on behalf of a hotel in Limassol, Cyprus is seeking candidates for the position:

                                                              Executive Host



Duties & Responsibilities:

The Executive Host, Executive Services is responsible to carry out customer service and sales activities set by management addressing the local and international market through Loyalty Program structure and Tiers. Acts as a front-line sales and customer service ambassador on behalf of City of Dreams Mediterranean/C2 Cyprus Casinos and ensures a high standard of guest relations is provided to all Mass customers in accordance with established service standards. In addition, locates and develops/ acquires new business. All dealings with internal Mass customers must be efficient, effective and professional at all times.

Qualifications:


• Minimum High School Certificate
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in a sales and business development position, preferably in the casino industry
• English conversational level is a must; any other language will be considered as a strong advantage
• Excellent command of English language
• Ability to converse in a foreign language(s)- Arabic, Farsi, Hebrew, Chinese or Russian will be an added advantage
• Must have a positive attitude and the natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures
• Computer literate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven customer service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement
• Excellent negotiation skills and time management skills
• Analytic an able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions



Requirements:

•No visible tattoos or piercing (eyebrow, lips)

•Well shaved, short haircut

•Picture and Video (via email) is required / 1xfull length + 1xclose up - Standing up, facing the camera, hands flat, hair behind ears and shoulders, plain fitted t-shirt (no long-sleeved shirts)



All candidates must be strictly over 21 years of age

Required documents that should be officially translated to English:

• 2 identification documents (translated in English) ie. National ID, Passport, Driving License, Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate.
• English CV (in months and years MM/YY, hierarchical order – including all employments for the last 10 years)
• Current Residential Reference within recent 2 months - (Water Consumption bills, Rental Agreements, Electricity Authority bills, Bank Statements, Landline phone bills, Home Insurance certificate, Mobile phone bills)
• *In case the utility bill is not registered under the candidate’s name a Proof of residence Verification form is required
• Last Pay slip (in case the candidate is currently working) and a verification of employment of your previous employer. In case candidate is unemployed now, last 2 employment verifications are required.
• Police Clearance Certificate translated in English (within 60 days)- Required from country from the countries the applicant worked/lived the past 10 years.
• Background Check Form (Question 1- please clarify for which employer the reason refers to)
• Authorization of Release Form.
• Business Registration - For Self-employed, company owner, or family business shareholder (Registration Documents (including Incorporation Certificate, Certificate of Shareholders / Share Certificate, Certificate of Directors, Company Website, Company Activities, Advise whether the company is still active)
• Any gambling-related license the applicant may hold/held (if any).
• Colored Passport-sized Photos (x 2).

The hotel provides:

• Salary minimum 1100€. The salary is negotiable depends on qualification and previous experience
• Accommodation
• 3 meals per day
• Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation
• 6 days /week
• 9 hours per shift with a total of 1 hour break.
