INGROUP, is seeking on behalf of its client a multinational company in FMCG (Cosmetics) industry:

Marketing & Digital trainee
(Fix term contract)

Job Description

· Support in marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
· Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale)
· Support across all new launches’ processes from price catalogue to monthly animation plans in POS
· Contribute to managing Public Relations: influencers, ambassadors etc.
· PR mapping, analysis, reporting & relationship building (including influencers, make up schools & make up artists)
· MAKE UP SCHOOLS & ARTISTS cooperation for sales’ & visibility increase
· Internal & external events support in planning & execution
· Social media handling (posts, customer care & reporting, images uploading) through specific tool
· Website material adaptation (banners, own website updates etc.)

• Bachelor in Marketing/Communication/Management
• Experience in Marketing/ Digital Marketing ideally in a multinational environment (1 - 2 years)
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills
• Team player, ability to adjust in a fast paced working environment
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
• Self-motivated person, with analytical thinking
• Basic knowledges and interest for make up category
• Digital savvy (social media user & influencers’ knowledge)
