Sales Agent

At Living Group, we believe that everyone deserves the best quality. Our sales associate will help our customers to achieve this, by providing them with expert advice and guidance on selecting the perfect products for their needs.

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing individual with a passion for design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be trained to have a strong knowledge of finishing materials, as well as experience working with customers to help them find the perfect products for their project. He or she will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their project
• Answer customer questions about products, materials, care and maintenance, delivery times, and financing options
• Help customers select products based on their needs and preferences
• Prepare sales contracts and process payments Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of products
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and pricing changes
• Keep showroom clean and organized
• Attend training sessions and trade shows as needed to stay up to date on industry trends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in finishing materials (tiles, sanitary, furniture, doors) sales
• Working knowledge of interior design principles
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
