International Logistics Specialist

On behalf of our client, one of Greece’s leading food processing and exporting companies, we are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

The Logistics Specialist will support international operations, ensuring smooth, timely, and cost-efficient transportation across global markets. You will work closely with commercial, production, and warehouse teams to coordinate land and sea shipments and ensure full compliance with Incoterms and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily international shipments (road and sea).
• Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Ensure correct application of Incoterms across all transactions.
• Support internal departments with logistics data, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate records and logistics KPIs.

• At least 2 years of experience in international logistics or freight coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of Incoterms and transport documentation.
• Excellent knowledge of land and sea transportation procedures.
• Strong communication skills in Greek & English.
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
