Administrative Assistant (1- year maternity cover)
Job Description
• Provides day-to-day office management, including reception of office guests and registers incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Manages documents, answers phone calls and emails
• Organizes events and meetings and oversees hosting
• Provides general administration and calendar management
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate Profile
• University Degree
• Previous working experience as an Administrative assistant, preferably in a Pharmaceutical company
• Advanced use of English language (both oral and written)
• PC literate
• Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
