 Junior  Account Receivable 

Job Description

• Contact and chase customers for overdue invoices
• Collect payments and negotiate payment plans whenever needed
• Have a significant impact on overdue decrease (with a focus on private hospitals,
• pharmacies and wholesalers)
• Act as the main point of contact for our customers
• Maintain the dunning process and make recommendations to initiate legal actions
• Handle complaints, escalations, and investigate complex cases
• Collaborate with our finance outsourcing partner
• Perform quality assurance on finance invoices and credit notes
• Work with external auditors on queries
• Review and approve internal controls to ensure compliance

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the AR/collections/Customer service areas
• Ability to handle difficult cases and negotiate with customers (phone, face-to-face
• meetings)
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to firmly execute agreed company policies
• Experience in dealing with hospitals and distributors on the Greek market will be an asset
• As a person, you have:
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead negotiations with accounting personnel and finance managers
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to report to a team based outside of Greece
• Ability to follow a dunning process
• A driving license (for motorcycle) is a nice to have to visit our customers in Athens
