Our client is a multinational company and a leader in fast fashion industry.

🖋️You will be reporting to: Country Manager
What you will do:
The role’s mission is to manage the office operations and be sure that all the procedures sun smoothly.
More specifically:
- Organize and schedule appointments to keep everything on track.
- Manage couriers and post office tasks efficiently.
- Keep our office supplies stocked and ready for action.
- Book travel arrangements like a pro.
- Provide top-notch support to visitors and prepare for meetings with precision.
- Keep our expenses filed neatly for easy access.
- Support our dynamic Sales Team when they need a hand.
- Help out HR with event planning to make our office culture shine.
What we are looking for (in that order):
- University Degree
- 3-4 years of experience as an administrative or office admin assistant
- Proficient level of English both verbal and written
- Familiar with Windows & Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and a knack for solving problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle diverse tasks with ease
