We are seeking for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. This is an exciting oportunity for someone looking to work in a fast paced enviroment and playing a central role on making a difference in our guests' experience.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and performing all check in procedures in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information about the hotel
- Upsell & Cross Sell hotel services to maximize revenue
- Act as a concierge by providing information about local attractions, services, events
- Handle guests complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond inquiries about room availability, rates and services
- Handle reservations, cancellations and special requests at the absece of the Reservations Executive
- Process guests check outs, payments and invoicing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times
- Perform additional administrative tasks when required
- Report to the Front Office Manager
