Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, inquisitive and ambitious Scrum Master to enable our talented multi-disciplined teams to high perform and deliver quality, mission-critical applications for local and international customers.
- Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver great software.
- Ensure that delivery teams run efficiently at a sustainable pace and deliver quality outputs according to our customer needs and expectations.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
- Support the teams to reach their long and short term commitments by removing anything that impedes their work.
- Work closely with key roles such as Tech Leads, Business Analysts, Product Owners, to ensure requirements clarity and technical excellence.
- Increase transparency and enable direct communication.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clarity on goals and business objectives that need to be achieved.
- Measure key metrics. Analyze them into insights towards improvement
- Help the team achieve high-quality outcomes by introducing engineering practices
- Can effectively facilitate 1-on-1 discussions with team members.
