As we grow in Cyprus, we are looking to recruit some great people to join the team of our new restaurant Verde Caferesto at Metropolis Mall in Larnaca, for the position of:
Sous Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Control of food quality and food production
- Assist the Head Chef in the supervision of all the team and food preparation in accordance with the company’s standards
- Adhere to all procedures regarding Health & Safety and HACCP standards
- Manage and train kitchen team
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with the team
