As we grow in Cyprus, we are looking to recruit some great people to join the team of our new restaurant Verde Caferesto at Metropolis Mall in Larnaca, for the position of:

Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities:

•  Control of food quality and food production
•  Assist the Head Chef in the supervision of all the team and food preparation in accordance with the company’s standards
•  Adhere to all procedures regarding Health & Safety and HACCP standards
•  Manage and train kitchen team
•  Maintain a positive and professional approach with the team

•  Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
•  A diploma or Degree in a related field will be considered an advantage
•  Fluency in Greek and English language
•  A pleasant and dynamic personality with leadership skills
•  Computer Literate
