We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join the Accounting team at our Head Offices in Paiania.
Through this role, you will participate in the day-to-day accounting support of a large store network, gaining practical experience in processes, reconciliations, and accounting tasks within an organized and modern environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing, posting, and reconciling supplier invoices
- Managing and allocating supplier payments in accordance with company procedures
- Managing and posting import-related expenses and customs clearance costs
- Participating in account reconciliation processes and preparing reports
- Managing MYDATA electronic books for supplier transactions
- Posting expenses and reviewing supporting documentation
- Communicating with branches regarding pending issues and clarifications
- Archiving documents and maintaining accounting records
- Participating in monthly reconciliations and supporting accounting tasks
