The Role
As a Commis Chef (Cook C), you will support the kitchen team in the
daily preparation of ingredients and dishes, ensuring smooth and efficient
operation of your assigned section. This is an excellent opportunity to develop
your skills within a professional, high-standard environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist
the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie in food preparation and
cooking.
- Ensure
all mise en place is completed on time.
- Maintain
cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Follow
recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Support
smooth operation during service and contribute to teamwork in the kitchen.
Requirements
- Previous
experience in a professional kitchen (preferably 4*/5* hotel or
restaurant).
- Basic
culinary knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Strong
teamwork ethic, attention to detail, and passion for cooking.
- Ability
to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
