our team! This position plays a big role in creating and providing the best

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating a pleasant and positive
professional image at all times to both guests and the rest of the team.
- Receiving orders and serving guests in a
personalized way and with attention to detail.
- Remains flexible and patient when
communicating with guests and staff.
- Be always kind with your team and guests.
- Always follow and adapt to the instructions of
the company.
- Demonstrates complete understanding of menu
items and ingredients.
- Advises guests on appropriate combinations of
food and drinks when requested. Upselling food, beverages and drinks when
suitable.
- Ensuring that all guest needs are met, asking
for feedback, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction.
- Should always help your colleagues.
- Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment
for guests.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
and appearance and follow all health and safety company regulations.
- Being responsible for billing, by making the
right transactions (credit card/cash charges) and handling cash or credit
cards accordingly as long as point of sale terminals.
