Περιγραφή

Would you like to work for one of the leading multinational companies in the pharmaceutical industry? Do you have previous experience in Office Administration and multitasking skills? If yes then please proceed with your application for an Office Administrator position.

The responsibilities of the Office Administrator position include:
  • Manages reception area and looks after visitors
  • Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
  • Performs general office clerk duties
  • Organizes and maintains office common areas
  • Acts as back-up to Customer Service Representative:
  • Provides support in Order placing
  • Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
  • Provides support in customer requests
  • Assists in cross checking orders

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the Office Administrator position should have:
  • University degree will be considered as a plus
  • 2 or more years office administration experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service will be considered as a plus
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent knowledge on English language
  • SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus
