🖋️You will be reporting to: Procurement Manager
Purpose:
Position of strategic procurement professional responsible for the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle of specific raw materials, components, equipment and external services. Oversee supplier selection, contract negotiations, market analysis, and cost-reduction initiatives to ensure supply chain stability and profitability.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials, O&M materials, and services
- Manage suppliers, tenders, and performance evaluation
- Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, and SLAs
- Analyze spend data and drive cost reduction initiatives
- Monitor market trends (fuel, energy, inflation, labor) and provide insights
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams
- Ensure contract execution and supplier compliance
🔎 Sourcing & Supplier Management:
- Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers
- Prepare RFQs, manage tenders, and compare offers
- Build supplier shortlists and evaluate capabilities
- Perform supplier audits, trials, and annual evaluations
- Develop supplier relationships and improvement plans
🚚 Supply & Process Coordination:
- Support procurement planning and market analysis
- Ensure logistics and supply availability
- Coordinate with operational teams for demand alignment
- Oversee contract execution and procurement processes

- Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety & Environmental standards
- Promote safe working practices and zero-incident culture
