seeks a full-time, dynamic and motivated Student
Services Officer based in Athens
campus at Elliniko to join its team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary
point of contact for students on all non-academic matters
- Guide prospective
and current students through enrolment, accommodation, and visa processes
- Provide
outstanding customer service in-person and via various communication channels
- Conduct campus
tours and support student integration and orientation
- Engage with social
media initiatives and support student-led events, clubs, and societies
- Promote a positive
and creative work environment to enhance student experiences
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is required. Additional postgraduate qualifications will be considered advantageous.
- Proven work experience in administrative roles of at least 2 years, preferably within an educational setting.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
The ideal candidate should be eligible to work in the European Union/ European Economic Area.
