seeks a full-time, dynamic and motivated Student
Services Officer based in Athens
campus at Elliniko to join its team.
Main
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary
point of contact for students on all non-academic matters.
Guide prospective
and current students through enrolment, accommodation, and visa processes.
Provide
outstanding customer service in-person and via various communication channels.
Conduct campus
tours and support student integration and orientation.
Engage with social
media initiatives and support student-led events, clubs, and societies.
Promote a positive
and creative work environment to enhance student experiences.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's
degree is required. Additional postgraduate qualifications will be considered advantageous.
Proven work
experience in administrative roles of at least 2 years, preferably within an
educational setting.
Exceptional
communication and customer service skills.
Strong
organizational abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal
and written communication skills in English and Greek.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office applications.
The ideal candidate should be
eligible to work in the European Union/ European Economic Area.
