Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with company objectives and target markets.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, and print materials.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, from concept development to final execution, ensuring consistency and quality.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and new opportunities for growth.Manage and maintain the company's digital presence, including website updates and social media.
  • Support the organization of promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives, both domestically and internationally.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data analytics to measure success and optimize future strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B export company or an advertising agency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and website CMS.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to the success of a growing company.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
