Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to create and execute a delectable menu of French pastries and desserts.
• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and breads in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure the highest level of food presentation, taste, and quality.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with menu development and innovation, bringing your own creative flair to the table.
