ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a US-HQ’d Fortune 100 company is seeking for a multi-lingual Order to Cash Manager/ Senior Analyst with relevant functional experience for a new Global Business Services hub.
Order to Cash Manager/ Senior Analyst (Ref. code 5221/O2CMSA/ESS/GR)
Responsibilities:
- Lead EMEA O2C team – which includes a group of around 25 colleagues and several core processes (Manager Level).
- Work closely with the O2C director to prioritize team workload and proactively follow up on outstanding items (Manager Level).
- Monitor key metrics and ensure actions are taken to improve results when needed (Manager Level).
- Accountable for the execution of adequate internal controls, SOP and statutory audits and act as the first point of contact for audit request within the team (Manager Level).
- Liaise and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, as well as Senior Leaders to help drive shared goals and implement initiatives (Manager Level).
- Understand and apply knowledge of the global systems landscape, obtain and review information necessary for the completion of management reporting and analysis ad-hoc requests (Manager Level).
- Support Order to Cash processes such as collection, customers support/inquiries, reconciliations and cash applications.
- Know and comprehend the accounting cycle involved in each customer´s interaction.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders for backing the different initiatives throughout the O2C area and support the management team and other colleagues as needed.
- Ensure consistent execution of adequate internal controls, understanding SOP and proposing updates when the documentation does not align with day-to-day processes as well as take ownership on audit requests when necessary.
