Junior Procurement Officer ( Marousi )

Job Description

• Prepare Request for Proposals documents
• Issue the purchase orders in the SAP MM system, ensuring that all agreed terms and conditions with the suppliers / contractors are depicted on them
• Report, archive and track the tender and purchasing documents
• Follow up on contracts in SAP regarding their execution based on the agreed prices and commercial terms
• Reporting: To Procurement Manager

Candidate Profile

• BSc in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or Engineering
• Experience in similar role would be a plus
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of SAP MM would be considered an asset
• Proficient in MS Office and tech savviness
• Integrity and sense of transparency
• Strong communication, collaboration and verbal skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills, combined with the ability to set priorities and deliver on time
• High standards of accuracy, precision and focus on detail
