Service Technician (Athens)

Job Description

• Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while travelling across Greece.
• Oversee all aspects of installation, repair, maintenance and functionally testing of company's equipment. 
• Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions. 
• Train customers on the correct use and operation of company's equipment.
• Prepare detailed and complete service reports after each visit.

Candidate Profile

• University degree.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to challenges.
•  Knowledge of English will be a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel across Greece (up to 80% of working time).
