The Role:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, with precision and creativity
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of beverage recipes, ingredients, and presentation techniques
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and assistance in choosing beverages to enhance their overall experience
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, equipment, and storage areas, in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed, while minimizing waste and controlling costs
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver efficient and seamless service, contributing to the overall success of the resort
- Uphold the brand's standards of excellence in hospitality, consistently exceeding guest expectations
Skills that can make you outstand in this role. Missing some?You will still be considered as a valuable ambassador.- Proven experience as a Bartender/Mixologist in a high-end hospitality environment, preferably within a luxury resort or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining composure under pressure
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are a plus
