Responsibilities
- Reports to Front Office Manager.
- Welcome visitors and answer
phone calls.
- Manage mail, packages, and
appointments.
- Inform customers about payment
methods and verify their credit card data.
- Maintain a neat reception area.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of working
experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector.
- Strong communication,
leadership, and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and
proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings,
weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent knowledge of English
language.
