Main Responsibilities
- Handle guests’ arrival with pick up requests and arrange the transportation to the hotels
- Be present at all scheduled flight landings and assist incoming guests with baggage clearance and direct them to transport facilities
- Provide information regarding the hotel facilities to guests and assists them into the car
- Ensure that all VIP and VVIP guests are welcomed at the airport and that their transportation is arranged
- Accompany guests to the official car rental when requested and mediate with authorized car rental staff
- Cultivate and maintain close relationships with all official sectors at the airport, airline personnel, immigration, and customs officers
What will you bring?- Proven relevant experience in the Hospitality industry or guest/airport management
- Fluency in a second language between Russian, German, or French
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills
