Technical Department Support Officer

Our company, a commercial and technical company based in Piraeus, expanding in the maritime market, is looking for a Technical Department Support Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Domestic and overseas inquiries
• Support field service engineers to ensure normal work flow
• Answer customer questions while address and resolve any issues with them (complaints/claims).
• Service filing, records updating, billing process

• Understanding of the Marine Industry
• Able to multi-task effectively
• Works well with a team
• 2-3 years of experience in related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language)
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook)
• Bachelor’s Degree or University degree
• Technical background will be preferable
