Spa Manager

Some of the responsibilities you will have as Spa Manager are the following:

• Manage administrative and operations duties of SPA.
• Follow procedures provided, implement according to quality management systems of the company.
• Follow hygiene and safety rules.
• Create SPA list (treatments, services, prices, etc.) in cooperation with the General Manager and consultants on service issues and SPA products that the hotel may work with.
• Training, guidance and supervision of SPA staff (employees hosts, beauticians, physiotherapists, conditioners, alternative specialists therapies, etc.)
• Planning and execution of orders for consumable and non-consumable materials
• Receipt check. Take care of storage and distribution. Continuous checks.
• Division of tasks to staff.
• Create work schedules based on operational needs.
• Checking the cleanliness and good appearance of all SPA areas.
• Report to the Technical Services Manager of machine failures and equipment of the department. Fault correction check.
• Increase the productivity of the department.
• Organizing and holding meetings with the employees of SPA.
• Organizing and conducting inventories of material and equipment.
• Participate in the evaluation process of SPA employees.
• Continuous information on new products and techniques applied internationally in the field of wellness centers.
• Suggestions to the General Manager for the implementation of innovations that will improve the operation of the department.

Before applying for the position of Spa Manager make sure you have the following requirements:

• Degree in Aesthetics and Cosmetology or Physiotherapy, similar school or holder of a professional license.
• Cost-conscious with the ability to maximize revenue.
• Previous managerial experience within luxury Spa in 5* Hotels.
• Minimum 3-4 years resort experience as Spa Manager at a five-star hotel
