2nd Level Fixed Technical Support Representatives

Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its client, Vodafone, is looking for 2nd Level Fixed Technical Support Representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, managing customer requests
• Handling DSLAM management tools

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in technical support
• Excellent knowledge in ADSL technology and DSLAM
• Excellent knowledge in POTS, VoIP
• University or College degree
• Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word etc.)
