The Rooster
The Rooster is a mindful retreat nestled within the raw
natural beauty of Antiparos. Rooted in simplicity and authenticity, we offer
more than a destination—we offer a way of life. We are a unique case of
development where our team and our philosophy evolve in tandem, aligned by a
singular, collective purpose.
We seek individuals recognized for their unwavering ethics,
deep operational experience, and a genuine team spirit. We value those who
prioritize the power of the collective, possessing a restless willingness to
learn and evolve through collaboration.
About the Role
The Scope of Work | Your responsibilities are structured into daily, monthly, and
strategic cycles, requiring a high level of organizational discipline. You will
work closely with all departmental managers to prepare for the season opening,
under the professional shadowing of the Structure & Flow Manager, led by an
active, involved Owner and the Financial Director.
Lead by Example | We follow a "showing, not telling" philosophy. We build
trust through common experience & hands on involvement, by demonstrating
excellence and maintaining kindness and equality within the team.
The Ideal Profile | While the team consists of a large number of members and experts,
we still seek a professional with a "one-man-show" technical skill
set combined with the organizational diplomacy to know when to lead and when to
support. The ideal partner is someone who genuinely loves taking care of guests
and finds deep satisfaction in leading a team that works hard for a shared
purpose. You are expected to maintain a spirit of kindness and equality,
ensuring that your leadership is felt through support and shared effort.
We value a solution-oriented mindset; the ideal profile pictures someone who
can quietly eliminate the "hassle" behind the scenes, ensuring that
our most valuable assets—our people—are supported, protected, and retained.

provided, as the role is strategically designed around seasonal cycles and
