FRONT OPERATIONS AGENT / LIMASOL / CYPRUS

Inglobe on behalf of a hotel in Limassol, Cyprus is seeking candidates for the position:

                                                           Front Operations Agent



Duties & Responsibilities:

The Front Office Agent is responsible for delivering a positive and quality customer service experience through providing check-in, check-out and related services to guests and visitors to City of Dreams Mediterranean in accordance with departmental set service standards

Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
• 1 year of Receptionist experience in a 5-star luxury hotel is essential
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good command of English is a must; any other language will be considered as a strong advantage
• Opera cloud experience will be considering an advantage
• Experience in working on a 5-star hotel - providing high end services
• Computer literate Opera/ Opera cloud familiarization
• Professional written and spoken communication skills
• Must be able to stand for long period of time
• Must be able to handle foreign currency




Requirements:

•No visible tattoos or piercing (eyebrow, lips)

•Well shaved, short haircut

•Picture and Video (via email) is required / 1xfull length + 1xclose up - Standing up, facing the camera, hands flat, hair behind ears and shoulders, plain fitted t-shirt (no long-sleeved shirts)

All candidates must be strictly over 21 years of age

The hotel provides:

• Salary 1140€
• Accommodation
• 3 meals per day
• Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation
• 6 days /week
• 9 hours per shift with a total of 1 hour break.
