Anandes Hotel in Mykonos, the island’s newest luxury boutique hotel overlooking Chora and the Aegean, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our guest‑focused team for the upcoming season.
With 42 refined suites, many featuring private pools, a serene hilltop setting, and the acclaimed LPM Restaurant & Bar on site, Anandes offers a calm, design‑driven luxury experience just minutes from the heart of Mykonos Town. Our service philosophy is warm, intuitive, and detail‑oriented — and we’re looking for someone who naturally embodies this approach.
What you will handle
- Welcoming guests with a polished, genuine presence
- Managing check‑in/check‑out procedures smoothly and efficiently
- Supporting guests with information, requests, and personalised assistance
- Coordinating with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
- Ensuring accuracy in reservations, billing, and daily reports
- Maintaining the calm, elegant atmosphere that defines Anandes
Requirements
- Experience in Front Office or Guest Relations, ideally in luxury or boutique hotels
- Opera PMS preferred
- Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, professional manner
- Excellent English
- Comfort working in a high‑season environment while staying composed
- A team‑oriented mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality
