In a nutshell:
For many travelers, the reservation agent is the first
point of contact when booking their travel. Therefore, at Daios Cove, our reservations
team is expected to provide more than just booking our hotels: They
connect with our guests over the phone, in person, or via email and strive to
provide excellent customer service, by answering any queries, making suggestions
and assisting and advising them to choose from a variety of experiences we
offer.
In your department:
- Manage
and process reservations
according to guest requirements, partner agreements, and budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate guest transfers to and from the hotel,
including airport and port arrangements.
- Handle payments and issue reservation confirmations with accuracy and
professionalism.
- Troubleshoot and resolve booking-related issues, ensuring quick and
effective solutions.
- Upsell hotel services and special packages to enhance the guest
experience when appropriate.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, and Housekeeping to ensure all guest
needs are met before arrival and throughout their stay.
- Maintain
strong relationships with tour operators and booking channel partners, ensuring smooth
communication and timely follow-up.

Our Reservations Manager will support and help you succeed, however, some of the below are useful:
- This role generally requires a relevant degree in
Hotel/Tourism
- Previous similar experience in a luxury hospitality
environment is essential.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages
will be considered a plus.
- Excellent problem-resolution skills and the ability to
quickly work around different solutions are critical success factors for this
role.
- Requires the ability to be flexible and adapt to
change
