About the Role

We’re seeking for a Food & Beverage Manager who will take charge of all F&B operations, inspire teams, deliver exceptional service and elevate our F&B operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train and motivate a dynamic F&B team to achieve excellence.
  • Ensure smooth operations across all outlets with a hands-on approach.
  • Drive quality, safety, and sustainability standards (HACCP, ISO).
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Chefs and other departments to craft unique guest experiences.
  • Be the go-to person for guest interactions and quick problem-solving.
  • Innovate and implement best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Foster a collaborative and participatory work environment that encourages teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Tourism or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of ISO food safety & hygiene standards (certification preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar F&B management position within a 5* hotel.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data.
  • Familiarity with F&B management software and MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in English (a second language is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving, decision making and a drive for process improvement.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
