Service Support Specialist

The responsibilities of the Service Support Specialist are the following:

• Organizes and provides technical support to the service network and field service technicians
• Manages and oversee warranty claims, escalating technical issues to regional contacts
• Assists the service network in identifying spare parts and optimizing stock levels
• Coordinates the introduction of new products and monitor field tests
• Conducts technical training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders
• Maintains regular communication with the Sales and Pre-sales departments
• Tracks and analyzes quality issues, reporting them to headquarters
• Offers technical advisory support to internal and external collaborators

For the Service Support Specialist role, you need to have:

• Technical high school graduate, degree in engineering or a related field will be considered a plus
• 3+ years of professional experience in technical support of HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Very good command of the Greek and English language (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with PC programs, including MS Office
• Familiarity with ERP Galaxy or similar
