Position Description

Doryssa Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations across its properties in Samos. The role is responsible for ensuring service excellence, maintaining brand consistency, managing budgets, developing teams, and ensuring seamless coordination with all operational departments.

This is a full-time, seasonal position.

Reports to General Manager

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all F&B operations according to Doryssa’s service and quality standards
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive, personalized service
  • Oversee financial performance, budgets, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and legal regulations
  • Maintain daily presence across restaurants, bars, and event venues
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution
  • Promote teamwork and effective communication across all F&B teams
  • Lead ongoing staff training and development programs
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu concepts and innovations
  • Ensure consistent food and beverage presentation and product quality
  • Oversee catering operations for events, private functions, and group activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management (MBA is an asset)
  • Minimum 4–5 years of F&B management experience, preferably in lifestyle or luxury hospitality
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven capacity to lead and motivate diverse teams toward operational excellence
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a guest-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
