We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Administrator to join a leading multinational organization within the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will serve as the vital operational link between Brand Managers, Sales teams, and external partners as a Commercial Administrator. As a Commercial Administrator, your primary focus will be to orchestrate commercial tactics while ensuring absolute adherence to industry standards:

  • Commercial Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of commercial activities and tactical brand plans, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
  • Marketing & Agency Orchestration: Manage the coordination of communication campaigns. Act as the primary point of contact for advertising and PR agencies, overseeing briefings and quality control of deliverables.
  • Event & Congress Management: Take full ownership of the logistics for external events and medical congresses, including venue selection, HCP (Healthcare Professional) invitations, and onsite coordination.
  • Sales Force Effectiveness Support: Maintain daily synchronization with the sales team to ensure smooth field operations and provide them with the necessary promotional assets.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Governance: Lead the approval workflow for all commercial and promotional materials via internal platforms, ensuring absolute adherence to industry regulations (SFEE/EFPIA) and internal Codes of Conduct.
  • Transparency & Regulatory Liaison: Manage communication with local health authorities regarding event notifications and support the transparency reporting process for HCP interactions.
  • Financial & Budgetary Control: Manage the commercial budget lifecycle, including purchase requisitions (PRs), invoice reconciliation, and proactive budget tracking for financial precision.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

To be successful in this Commercial Administrator role, you should have:

  • University/college degree
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools and technology, including calendar management and presentation software
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and oral) 
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
