ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, one of the leading companies in cyber security services, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team.
Senior HR Business Partner (6068/SHRBP/ESS/GR)
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
- Work with managers to identify key talent, create succession and career plans, and address skill gaps.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters and ensure fair, consistent issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition & Development team to design and deliver training programs.
- Support career development, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to inform action plans.
- Provide HR support during organizational changes, including M&A activities.
- Work with Marketing to strengthen employer branding and improve candidate experience.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external corporate events.
- Prepare pre- and post-event communications to maximize participation and impact.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of flexible benefits that support employee well-being.
- Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team and external vendors on benefit programs.
- Use HR analytics and KPIs to evaluate HR initiatives and support decision-making.
- Maintain and update HR databases, org charts, and periodic HR reports.
