Sales Director, on behalf of a dynamic and forward-moving private diagnostic laboratory center.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
- Establish new distribution agreements
- Identify and evaluate potential markets for expansion
- Develop market entry strategies and oversee the implementation of market development plans
- Built and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Lead, manage, inspire and mentor a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales materials and product offerings
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
- Ensure sales team adheres to company policies and procedures
- Lead negotiations with clients distributors and partners
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
