Περιγραφή

LMW is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director, on behalf of a dynamic and forward-moving private diagnostic laboratory center.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
  • Establish new distribution agreements
  • Identify and evaluate potential markets for expansion
  • Develop market entry strategies and oversee the implementation of market development plans
  • Built and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
  • Lead, manage, inspire and mentor a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales materials and product offerings
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure sales team adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Lead negotiations with clients distributors and partners
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales in pharma, medical devices or medical services (preferably international sales)
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Fluency in English (Both written and oral)
