Receptionist for Diving Centre

Arian Diving Centre is a fast growing company and one of the oldest diving centre in Greece.

We are currently looking for a Receptionist for our diving centre to join our season 2024 on the beautiful Island of Kos in Greece.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, phone calls, administrative work, bookings and general clerical support).

We are seeking for enthusiastic and hard-working individuals who are professional and eager to learn and participate in creating and maintaining a high quality work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Answer emails and messages from social media platforms
• Act as first point of contact for visitors and provide with information
• Managing bookings

Qualifications:

• Greek nationality or hold a European passport
• English is mandatory and any other language is a plus
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

• Salary is 1200€ per month 
• We provide you with free accommodation
• Health insurance

This position is from May until the 31st of October.

At the end of the season, there will be the opportunity to extend your position to a round year contract.
