ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the home services, energy and technical solutions sector, is seeking a Partner Development Manager (HVAC & Energy Services) to lead the development, performance, and operational effectiveness of its technical partner network across Southern Greece.
📍 Location: Southern Greece
🎯 Role Purpose
As a Partner Development Manager (HVAC & Energy Services), you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing a network of technical professionals and partner companies across Southern Greece. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, service quality, network performance, and compliance with Health & Safety standards while supporting the company's growth objectives.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a network of technical professionals and service partners across the assigned region.
- Manage the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of technical professionals and partner companies.
- Identify and utilize effective sourcing channels, including technical schools, industry networks, and specialized job platforms.
- Ensure adequate network coverage and workforce capacity in line with operational and business requirements.
- Coordinate commercial agreements, contracts, and partnership documentation for employees, subcontractors, and external partners.
- Deliver onboarding and continuous training on company systems, operational procedures, tools, and service standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for technical partners, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Monitor operational performance and service quality, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support daily field operations, including service allocation, issue resolution, incident management, and coordination activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and Health & Safety requirements.
✅ Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing technical teams, field operations, or partner networks.
- Experience within HVAC, energy, gas, utilities, or technical services sectors will be highly appreciated.
- University Degree or Technical/Vocational Education in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or HVAC-related fields.
- Gas certifications will be considered an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Solid understanding of heating and cooling systems.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Southern Greece.
