You will be responsible for:
• Providing support to the Accounting Department.
• Transactions monitoring and documentation.
• Updating and maintaining accounting database with data entry and reports.
• Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
• Communicating with Procurement Department, internal stakeholders and public services if needed.
• Drafting and preparing monthly and yearly reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or another similar field.
• 1-3 years of financial accounting experience, preferably in the technology and service industries
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office platform.
• Knowledge of ERP.
• Good command of the German language (current level Β1).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Communication and organization skills.
