We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Food & Beverage Director to take executive operational and strategic control of our diverse F&B enterprises across our 7 properties on Samos Island.
This is a senior leadership role requiring a candidate who can deliver impeccable 5-star service standards while driving major profitability and continuous innovation across a high-volume, multi-unit resort environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute group-wide F&B strategies and initiatives focused on increasing revenue, optimizing cost control, and maximizing guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate at a strategic level with the Executive Chef to drive culinary direction, menu engineering, and profitable vendor relations.
- Oversee all F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service, ensuring seamless, high-quality service and strict adherence to established budgets and luxury standards.
- Maintain high visibility across all outlets to personally monitor service standards and ensure exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Ensure stringent compliance with all hygiene (HACCP), safety, and statutory regulations across all properties.
- Direct the oversight of all catering services for complex events, conferences, and banquets.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a large team of F&B Managers and staff, setting clear performance expectations and strategic goals.
