• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize procurement, reduce expenses, and enhance effectiveness
• Explore Greek and International markets for suppliers
• Evaluate capabilities and negotiate strategic contracts
• Ensure sustainable and optimal supply conditions
• Recommend strategic decisions to prevent inefficiencies
• Manage supplier relationships effectively
• Monitor key procurement metrics and analyze cost data for improvement opportunities
• Utilize techniques for optimal quantities and delivery times
• Align procurement with company performance goals

The ideal candidate for the Procurement Supervisor position should have:

• Bachelor Degree in University degree in Finance / Supply Chain / Procurement / Engineering.
• Proficient in English and Greek language would be desirable
• Expertise in using standard MS Office applications
• Minimum 2 years in Procurement, preferably in an FMCG Company
• Effective Negotiations and Communication, Interpersonal skills
• Management of internal and external parties
• Business environment acumen
• Decision making, identifying and applying efficiencies
• Analytical skills
• Factory-environment knowledge is a plus
