About the Role
Omnitech S.A. is looking for two skilled and disciplined Mobile Repair Technicians to support our core repair and warranty operations.
You will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, quality control, parts handling, and accurate reporting of mobile phones and electronic devices. Omnitech works under strict service-level requirements from major brands, so we are looking for candidates who are reliable, fast, and careful, and who can follow procedures exactly.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose mobile phones and electronic devices accurately
- Repair devices according to approved technical procedures
- Replace displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, back covers, flex cables, and other components
- Handle both warranty and non-warranty repairs
- Follow DOA, RMA, and manufacturer repair procedures
- Use diagnostic tools and repair equipment correctly
- Maintain full traceability of the parts used in each repair
- Record repair status, fault details, parts used, and final results in the company system
- Perform quality control checks before returning each device
- Help meet turnaround time (TAT) and first-time-fix rate (FTFR) targets
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized technical workstation
- Follow ESD, safety, and quality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in mobile phone repair, preferably with iPhone, Samsung, Sony, or similar brands
- Strong knowledge of mobile device hardware
- Ability to identify LCD, glass, battery, Face ID, camera, charging, and board-level faults
- Good soldering or micro-soldering skills are a strong advantage
- Careful handling of customer devices and spare parts
- Ability to work under SLA deadlines
- Strong documentation discipline
- Basic English is preferred
- A positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn manufacturer procedures

What We Offer
- Salary of up to €1,200 gross per month, depending on experience
